Individual air conditioning in every room, full double glazing and background heaters mean you are living in your own world. You can control the environment and shut away the sounds and weather of the outside world.
Atmospheric lighting
One of the areas in which we have gone just that little bit further in our attention to detail is the lighting, giving you in every room three layers of light. Light that you can customise. In the bedrooms and living rooms we have installed dimmer switches to give you complete control over the level of light; good lighting levels when you need them, yet sufficient low-level ambient light to create an intimate atmosphere.
THREE LAYERS OF LIGHT.
Halogen downlights in the living areas and bedrooms are angled in the ceiling so as to create a softer light which is reflected from the walls. Light reflected in this way bathes a room in a highly diffused, soft, warm light and creates an ambience in keeping with your décor.
Dimmer switches in the bedrooms give you complete control over the level of light; good lighting levels when you need them, yet sufficient low-level ambient light to create an intimate atmosphere.
In the main living area there is a wire running from the switch at the door to the centre of the room - this wire isn’t attached to anything, yet. Controlled from the main wall switch, it’s above the ceiling just waiting for your preferred use, so you can plug in that stunning crystal chandelier or connect a ceiling fan effortlessly.
